Next February, the Scots will bring «Futique» to Switzerland for two nights, with shows in Zurich and Bern.
Interview with Christopher:
«A Beautiful Life» changed everything
Christopher is not only a celebrated musician in his home country of Denmark and in Asia, he has also established himself as an actor with his leading role in the Netflix hit ‘A Beautiful Life’. He wrote the songs for the film and breathed life into the role of Elliott with his performance. Currently he’s touring Europe and visited the Kaufleuten in Zurich for a sold-out concert. Before the show, he spoke about his double life as a musician and actor, being a father and his great love for live shows.

Unapologetically Franz Ferdinand

Bass player Bob Hardy is the only remaining founding member alongside singer Alex Kapranos. Audrey Tait inherited the drumsticks from Paul Thompson and is the most recent addition. The perfect line-up for an interesting conversation.
Paul McCartney in Manchester: The boyish look in his eyes does not age
It’s no secret that Paul McCartney isn’t getting any younger. If possible, you shouldn’t miss the rare chance to see the Beatle live. The Co-Op Live Arena in Manchester was the second last stop on the 2024 ‘Got Back Tour’. At the first of two gigs in the brand new venue, McCartney put on a top-class show despite his 82 years and showed no signs of fatigue even after more than two and a half hours.

Interview with Birdy: I just wait for inspiration to hit
Birdy played her first show of 2024 on 8th April at Zermatt Unplugged. The festival not only is located in a beautiful scenery on the foot of the world famous Matterhorn, but the artists are also encouraged to perform a special unplugged set. Birdy put lots of efforts in that task and brought a grand piano as well as a string quartet to the stage. In the interview before the show she explained how she built up her show, talked about cover songs, remixes and her approach of creating new music.
Interview with The Hives drummer Chris Dangerous: We always thought we were the best
The Hives are back with a bang. «The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons» is their sixth studio album and the first one in eleven years. If you deliver an album with so many instant classics, you are allowed to keep your fans waiting for over a decade. The Swedes didn’t lose their explosive live energy as they’re getting older. Before their headline show in Zurich, drummer Chris Dangerous generously took time for an interview where he talked among other things about the new record, mentor Randy Fitzsimmons and the band’s self-confidence.
Interview with Birdy: This record was made for stage and to perform to people.
Birdy has just released «Portraits», her fifth studio album. It opens a new chapter for the singer. The changes are visible when looking at the artwork and music videos, but also musically Birdy ventures into new waters. The result is a wonderful album that never wears out even after listening to it over and over. An interview had already been planned when she visited Zurich back in April 2023. Due to illness (not Birdy’s), however, it unfortunately did not come to the personal meeting. But the time has come to catch up on overdue conversation via Zoom.
Interview with Sam Ryder: I changed my nervousness to excitement
Sam Ryder has played on bigger stages than many musicians that are way longer in the game than him. This is despite the fact that he hasn’t even put out a single studio album, yet. Participating in the Eurovision Song Contest with his song «Space Man» has opened some big doors for the Englishman, and he’s gone through each one with an infectious energy. Now, his debut album «There’s Nothing But Space, Man!» is about to be released. Ahead of his first show ever in Zurich, the singer explains how he manages the balancing act between Wembley Stadium and clubs and how his experience as a wedding musician has helped him in his further career.
